Breve is in Loiu, 10 minutes from Bilbao Airport. We do one thing: salchipapas. Crispy fries, sliced sausage, melted cheese, and then toppings and house sauces you won’t see coming. There’s parking, and everything is available to take away.
What is a salchipapa?
Picture loaded fries, but the base is always fries and sausage. On top go melted cheese, meats, crunchy toppings and sauces. You eat it with a fork, and it’s great for sharing.
The name is simple: salchicha (sausage) + papa (potato). Our motto: “Simple, taken to another level.”

From Bilbao city centre: take bus 2153 at Moyua. It’s a 12-minute ride, then a 2-minute walk.
